The six-storey building includes townhouse units at ground level and 25 homes in total, ranging from 498 sq ft (one bedroom) to 1,150 sq ft (three bedrooms plus den), in a variety of floor plans for singles, couples, and families. Parking is underground.
The 2,894 sq ft of common amenity space includes a kitchen and dining room, lounge, common laundry, children’s playroom, guest room, shared office, multi-purpose room, and informal nooks on every level to encourage spontaneous connection.
