Located in the Riley Park-Little Mountain neighbourhood just west of Main Street, near the entrance to Queen Elizabeth Park and the Hillcrest community centre. The location has a walk score of 83% and a bike score of 98%.

The 10,890 sq ft site has a total buildable area of approximately 30,000 sq ft. The six-storey building includes townhouse units at ground level and 25 homes in total, ranging from 498 sq ft (one bedroom) to 1,150 sq ft (three bedrooms plus den), in a variety of floor plans for singles, couples, and families. Parking is underground.

The 2,894 sq ft of common amenity space includes a kitchen and dining room, lounge, common laundry, children’s playroom, guest room, shared office, multi-purpose room, and informal nooks on every level to encourage spontaneous connection. The landscape supports children’s play with outdoor cooking and eating areas and a rooftop deck for gardening. The building was designed to meet Passive House certification and includes zero greenhouse gas emissions, sustainable building materials, and urban agriculture.
